Received a number of reminders today that the people most certain of things, most certain of the way the world is and should be, all, coincidentally, happen to be well educated white men who have achieved success in their particular areas of endeavour. 

No question, lest there be any doubt, that I fall into that group, but I have no clue what I’m doing, let alone anyone else.
