Yes, yes it’s Valentine’s Day. I’m not much of a believer to be honest, it hasn’t done much for me. We’re one of THOSE couples, the ones who turn their nose up at the day, who don’t celebrate it, exchange presents or go out for a special night out. Like the vampires and ghouls in the world of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, who choose to stay home on Halloween and let the humans go out and claim the night as their own, so we still stay home, and silently sit on the sofa ignoring each other, the sound of a mechanical clock loudly marking the seconds. Just kidding, we’ll be canoodling and saying sweet nothings to each other with a happy cat purring and demanding attention. Happy Valentine’s Day, y’all.
